Ars Poetica

AN IMPASSE
to quiet down
sonar trajectories
on screens
of predatory idiocy

songs in reverse
as primary brood
when only solace
is written
as a source
in the story

The nightmares
that terror whispers
as violent threats
in disguise

as the at times
forgotten
entropy surrenders
to tapped devices

and unreliable
infestations
bet on the spectacle
of burying your corpses
in little motel soaps

when
short is the fall
into madness.
